Staying at Craigmore Guest House - Our policies
- Check in is by arrangement. As this is a private home we would appreciate an accurate arrival time of our guests. We are happy to look after your bags should you arrive before your room is ready. It is appreciated if guests could vacate their room by 11am on day of departure.
- Method of payment: Payment will be accepted by cash (sterling), cheque or by credit or debit card. Most major cards are acceped. Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge. Personal cheques must be supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.
- All bookings should be made through our on-line booking form. Confirmation will be given via email following receipt of the booking form.
- Deposit: a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is requested in order to secure your booking.
- Cancellation policy: In July, August, International rugby weekends, New year and UK public holidays the deposit is non returnable. If we are able to re-let the room/s we will return the deposit less any administration fee incurred. Remainder of the year If notification of the cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to booked arrival time a full refund will be given. If notification of cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to booked arrival time the deposit will be retained. A "no-show" will also incur loss of deposit.
